Processing Time

Please allow 3–5 business days for fulfillment before your order ships. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email.

    Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, peak seasons, holidays, customs processing, and local delivery conditions. Refunds are not issued for shipping delays, but we will assist with tracking and carrier investigations when possible.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost or Delayed Packages

While BRWN Collective is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, we will assist customers in contacting the carrier and investigating delayed or lost shipments. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 days, please contact us at support@brwncollective.store and we’ll help investigate the issue.

Incorrect Address 

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
