Refund policy

Every BRWN Collective piece is made to order and produced specifically for you, one at a time. Because of this, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing, or address errors entered at checkout. We ask that you review your order carefully before placing it.

That said, if something arrives damaged or defective we'll make it right no questions asked. Reach out to us at support@brwncollective.store within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a few photos of the issue, and we'll sort out a replacement or refund for you.
